Just returned from yet another lovely stay with Maria at Claridges. Beautiful building, fantastic location but only a short distance from Bristol and Bath. Spotlessly clean, wonderful spacious rooms and bathrooms, beautiful bedding and very sympathetically furnished. Maria is a wonderful host, always extremely welcoming, delicious breakfasts and happy to recommend places to eat in the evening. We'll be back next year - and the year after that .....! Thank you.
Hosts were extremely warm, welcoming and friendly. Cooked breakfast was second to none, with high quality ingredients. Rooms were clean, spacious, warm. Beds were very comfy. Location only 5 minutes by car to Keynsham train station. Plenty of car parking on site. Relatively quiet, despite being on a main road.
What a gem of a place beautiful house beautiful relaxing garden. The room was spotless and the quirky bathroom was fab .Had a great nights sleep and the breakfast was perfect and beautifully presented and the hosts very welcoming definitely be back its that good Thanks
Really warm welcome at this beautiful historic farmhouse. Lovely spacious room and breakfast flexible to accommodate all our favourite things. It would be great if the garden had some tables and chairs to sit outside.
All I can say is Amazing. The owner made us feel so welcome and was always on hand from booking taxis offering advise in where to go out and trying to find my lost room key. Our room was spotlessly clean and huge with a comfy bed. Breakfast was an added bonus and the price for two ngts last minutes was more then half what i would of payed had I stayed in bath or bristol. No idea how anyone could leave a bad review about this place,? It is an old building but it has character and we loved it. We will be going back next year for sure wouldn't stay anywhere else

On arrival the building I fell in love with an old manor beautiful farm house Maria was so warm and welcoming.. Felt so at home.. My room WOW how beautiful one of the best rooms I have ever had knocks socks off 5* hotel rooms.. The bathroom was beautiful everything I needed lovely beautiful clean towels the roll top bath was outstanding.. Very clean which was a massive bonus. Maria gave us some good recommendations for places to eat around the area.. My stay well the bed was so so so comfy the white sheets the pillows I slept all the way through which is awesome as I haven’t had a good nights sleep in months. Breakfast was delicious the bread was beautiful. Top quality bacon and sausage asked how we liked our eggs which was great to have the option.. Maria is such a beautiful person. Friendly welcoming very helpful and caring . I mentioned she felt like an aunt. My stay was absolutely amazing I shall 100% be returning. Recommended all the way... Thank you ever so much x
On behalf of my sister (in her late 80's), she was very impressed by the welcome given by Maria & her very pleasant stay in such a beautiful house. Maria went out of her way to ensure that her guest's every need was catered for & the breakfasts were varied & beautifully-presented. It would be difficult to find such a lovely B&B anywhere near, as it's quiet, the rooms are huge, & there is plenty of parking. Excellent value for money too!
